13U Boys Spring Development Sessions

Our weekly Boys Development Program is designed to introduce young athletes to the game of volleyball in a supportive, small-group training environment. Players will develop fundamental skills and improve their volleyball IQ while building confidence on the court.

Each week, athletes will build on previously learned skills as team concepts and game strategies are gradually introduced. The program combines advanced skill development with structured gameplay, allowing players to immediately apply what they learn in live scrimmage situations.

This training focuses on technical precision, positional awareness, game IQ, and competitive confidence. It provides a strong foundation for athletes as they transition into the spring open gym season and prepare for club tryouts in the fall.

Athletes will focus on developing basic skills such as passing, serving, movement, and ball control while building confidence and enjoying the game with their peers. Through engaging drills and simple game play, players will gradually learn the rules and teamwork involved in volleyball.

This program is a great starting point for young athletes looking to build a strong foundation and develop a love for the sport.

High Performance Private & Small Group Training

Our High Performance Private and Small Group Lessons provide athletes with focused, individualized training in a high-performance environment. Offered Saturday afternoons from 1:00–3:00 PM, these sessions allow players to work closely with coaches to refine technical skills, improve positional play, and develop a deeper understanding of the game.

With a low athlete-to-coach ratio, training can be tailored to each athlete’s specific goals, helping them build confidence, sharpen fundamentals, and elevate their overall performance on the court. These sessions are ideal for athletes looking for extra reps and targeted development outside of regular team practices.
